This place is a JOKE! It was my girlfriends first time taking the car to the shop, everyone was rude and ignored her when she asked where the waiting room was, and then came out with some lame excuse as to why her car was acting the way it was and how they had to order parts for it.

We were stranded, our truck had a sensor go out in it. We could not drive over an idle and the team at Grayson was able to get us in same day and get us back on the road. All staff members were so helpful and friendly. Thank you!!
I cannot express my gratitude enough. My family and I were on our way back from vacation in Lexington when our van was having major issues. We had 7 hours left on the road and we were sure we weren't going to make it. Joey in the service department took excellent care of us. He got the part we needed and the repair took less than an hour. Josh in sales even drove us over to a nearby restaurant so we could grab something to eat while we waited.
