Employees were not very helpful, and I will probably never return! I will travel to summit or Ashland to those stores.

Horrible service. Not able to provide information to obtain cell phone needed. Not friendly. Acted dumbfounded when I asked where we could obtain a rugged flip phone.
Terrible service from people who don't have any idea what they're doing. Couldn't answer the questions I had to ask.W hat made the experience the worst was being belittled by the customer "service" employee for not using enough data on my phone. I was asked why I had an iPhone if I didn't use the data. Told me I should be using a flip phone. I won't be going back to be belittled by someone who can't do their job very well.
