I have had blood work done at many Dr. offices and health care facilities and this place ranks as the worst for efficiency and patient consideration of any . JGH
Had an episode with my heart rate. They took me right back. With my heart rate so low they didn't waste a minute. Before the doctor could finish up, the ambulance was there. They were great. Thank you.
Had a request,from my cardiologist,to have blood test to check cholesterol and liver enzymes because of taking statin drugs. Went to this facility,(KD Family Care Center Grayson Ky) arrived there at appx.8:05 am. There was only one other person in the waiting room at that time. I signed in and sat there waiting for over an hour and one half, while approximately 15 to 20 people came in and out , receiving treatment, and was never called. There didn't appear to be any emergencies, as everyone was sitting down or moving around slowly.
Amazing care. These folk see you as a person not a customer. Highly recommend.
