Late afternoon yesterday(Feb.29, 16) I was on Rt.9 with a flat tire from striking road debris...a very uncomfortable experience, however upon contacting Action Tires(they had a tire waiting), they suggested I call Wolfe's Wrecker Service and what a GREAT SUGGESTION! Millis(owner/mgr) entered the process with such compassion and I felt like family as he did all he could(on a very busy day for his service) to see that I made it to the tire shop before it closed. WOW, now that is customer service when you treat your clients with such care. I would like to thank Jason(Action Tire), Zach(tow driver), and Millis for their teamwork in making a bad experience with a flat tire go seamlessly in getting me back on the road to my destination. Thank you and hats off to businesses that work so closely together and in a very caring spirit of family....very difficult to do but they won for me yesterday. THANK YOU!!
Mr Wolfe ,was great he saved me and Geico Insurance also saved me, He went way beyond the call of duty,will always use him (hopefully not often LOL) But Mr Wolfe was so nice and service was FAST Thanks again C.H.
My Dad got into a wreck in 07' and he died and they had to bring him back to life. They had to life-flight him out and we lived less than a half a mile up the road and he charged us $300 dollars and wouldn't let us leave until we paid him upfront. So, I left and my family had to stay behind and borrow money to pay him. If I had seen him there that day I would have hit him because my father's life was more important than $300 dollars. We didn't care to pay, but $300 dollars for a half a mile? Please. Greediest person ever.
